The Downtown Campus Library is moving! Here is what you need to know...- Collection Selection Begins next week! Starting November 2nd, we are inviting faculty to come into the library to look over our items and identify any item we DEFINITELY need to take. As you know the Amethyst Room is much smaller than our current space, so unfortunately, some items will need to be stored. Stored items will NOT be available while we are in the Amethyst Room! Be sure the items your students need next semester is available by coming to the library and selecting items to go with us.
- We will be closed the week of November 30th while we move. There is a good chance we will be open towards the end of the week. If so, an email will go out announcing we are open.
- Course Reserves will still be available! If you would like an item on course reserve it is always recommended to do it earlier than later, as the volume gets to the point where we can no longer guarantee a 24 turnaround on having it available to students. Also, if you have VHS tapes on course reserve, we will be contacting you. The Amethyst Room will not have a VHS player and students will have to be accommodated elsewhere.
- Next semester we will be coming to your classrooms for bibliographic instruction. Schedule your Spring 2010 sessions as soon as you know your dates!
