Time is Running Out...

The DC Library just wants to remind you that time is running out to request items for purchase. Our spending ends the last day in May and will not start up again until mid/late July, so if you want to besure to have something for your summer or fall courses, please get in touch with a librarian.

Also, just a reminder that the DC Library's Open Lab is available to any student who may need research help, topic exploration or assistance with citations. If a student cannot make it during those times, a librarian is available anytime the library is open, Monday - Friday. (Saturday hours are covered by WC Library.)

If you have any questions, just stop by or call us at 206-7267.

Library's Spring Open Lab Hours...

Do you have students who need help finding peer-reviewed articles?

Do you have students who need help formatting a paper? Properly citing an article or creating a Works Cited/Reference page?

Send them to the DC Library!

The DC Library’s Open Lab will begin next Monday, April 8th and will continue until May 9th.

The DC Library's Open Lab is where students can come to work on any academic assignment. Students can get help developing a topic, doing research/finding articles, formatting a paper, citations, or whatever else they may need!

The space is fairly quiet – just students working and the librarian helping students.
Students can come in during the scheduled times, or if that is not convenient, they can come any time the library is open and a librarian will help them on all their research needs!

Last semester we had some instructors wanting something signed stating a student used the Open Lab - we are glad to do that again. We can also send you a list of your students who participate, if the student identifies you when they sign in.
